Full Stack Developer

We're looking for a versatile developer who can build across the full stack - from elegant React interfaces to robust Laravel APIs - and help us ship great products faster with modern tooling.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack features across Laravel backend and React/Next.js frontend
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code with test coverage
- Collaborate with team members via Git - follow branching conventions and conduct code reviews
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth, automated deployments
- Integrate and work with third-party APIs, services, and AI-powered tools
- Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Identify performance bottlenecks and propose improvements proactively
- Support junior developers through mentoring and pair programming
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in full-stack web development
- Proficiency in PHP /Laravel and JavaScript/ React.js
- Working experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes)
- Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL /PostgreSQL)
- Hands-on experience with Git workflows and version control best practices
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, or equivalent)
- Ability to use AI development tools effectively and responsibly
- Strong communication skills; comfortable working in a team environment
- Basic project management skills — able to estimate tasks, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
Nice to have
- Experience with Docker, Linux environments, or cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar)
- Knowledge of TypeScript
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology
- Experience working with REST API design and documentation (Postman, Swagger)
- Exposure to basic DevOps practices and infrastructure management
